(1) Before installing the heat treatment tooling furnace, it is necessary to check the operation of the equipment, the sealing of the furnace door, and the condition of the lifting equipment. Only after confirming that everything is normal can the furnace be installed.
(2) The heat treatment worker shall indicate the date, furnace loading time, alloy grade, melt number, furnace number, quantity, homogenization system, power transmission, power outage, temperature adjustment and discharge time on the homogenization record book, and sign it.
(3) Ingots with the same uniform heating system can be loaded into the same furnace; Two ingots of the same melting point must be loaded into the same furnace. Immediately load the furnace or alternate the furnace discharge after it is out of the furnace. When installing the furnace, power and air should be cut off, and a safety rack should be used.
(4) Place the unevenly heated ingot into the explosion-proof rack.
(5) The matching error of the instruments, thermocouples, and the entire temperature control system of the homogenization furnace is within ± 4 ℃; The temperature difference for empty furnace temperature measurement shall not exceed 10 ℃.
(6) Timely and accurately power on, power off, or adjust the temperature according to the temperature and time requirements of the work or the heat treatment worker in this shift.
(7) According to the recorded uniform heating system, observe the temperature indicated by the instruments in each area 1-2 hours before changing the set temperature. If the second zone or above reaches the set temperature ahead of schedule, the set temperature should be changed in advance, but the advance time must be added to the insulation time, that is, the insulation time must be extended to keep the total time unchanged.
(8) When the surface of the ingot is found to be abnormal, the ingot is heated beyond the specified temperature and time, or black precipitates are found on the surface of the ingot or other special situations occur, microstructure inspection should be carried out. After confirming that the microstructure is not overheated, production can be put into operation.
